We hope that you love your purchase. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with your products, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept earrings that have been worn for sanitary reasons.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Refunds are made to the original payment form. Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed.

You may make a one-time exchange on your order within 7 days of receiving your item as long as the item has not been worn. You will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back plus the cost of shipping for the exchange item.
You must request an exchange before sending the time back to us. And follow our policies for any returns above, including providing the original invoice number.
We will hold the exchange item request for seven days before placing back in inventory.
We cannot hold any pre-order listings for exchanges.
We cannot guarantee that the exchanged item will be exact. Our items are all handmade and there may be some slight differences in wood grain and colors.
If something is out of stock, we will provide you with a store credit for a future purchase within 30 days.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please provide multiple photos and an explanation of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number.
We will provide a shipping return label in the event that your item meets these conditions.
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on worn goods. If it appears your items are worn we will return them to you.
Sales are final, including any clearance items. There are no returns or exchanges on these items.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Giveaway items are non-refundable and may not be exchanged.
