Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to customers in the United States. If you are in Canada, we may be able to ship to you! Please reach out to us as we are exploring international options.

How long does shipping take?

There are two things to consider: processing time and shipping time. Processing is the time it takes for us to process your order (make it). That takes about 5 to 7 business days. Usually sooner if we aren't too busy. Then, after it leaves our hands, shipping is in the control of USPS. But most orders arrive within five days of shipping. We won't print your label until the day we hand it off to the carrier.

How do I track my order?

You will be provided a tracking number with your order.


How do I return an item?

Returns can only be made if you have a damaged item received in shipping. Please contact us within three days of receipt.

How long does it take to process my return?

That will depend on the situation and whether we need you to send something back to us. Please contact us for your specific needs.

Can I exchange for a different item?

If the item is not personalized we may allow exchanges, but you are responsible for shipping the item back to us and paying for shipping the new item.
